Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. (referred to as Unitree Robotics) was founded in August 2016, with its headquarters located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. It is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the R&D, production, and sales of high-performance quadruped robots and humanoid robots. The legal representative and founder is Wang Xingxing.
Development History
Early Stage (2013-2016): Wang Xingxing developed the high-performance full-degree-of-freedom quadruped robot XDog, laying the foundation for subsequent development. In August 2016, Unitree Robotics was officially established.
Product Launch: In 2017, launched Laikago, China's first officially released and retailed high-performance quadruped robot. In 2019, launched the industrial functional quadruped robot Aliengo. In 2020, released the educational and entertainment quadruped robot A1.
In June 2021, launched the companion bionic robot Go1; in September, launched the ultra-high-load industrial-grade quadruped robot B1.
In 2023, released the new generation consumer-grade quadruped robot Go2 and the first general-purpose humanoid robot H1. In May 2024, released the Unitree G1 humanoid agent.
Financing Status: In January 2020, obtained Pre-A and Series A financing from Sequoia China, Genting Ventures, and Shunwei Capital. From 2022 to 2024, completed Series B, B+, and B++ financing.
In September 2024, completed hundreds of millions of yuan in Series C financing, with investors including Beijing Robot Industry Fund, Meituan Longzhu, and CITIC Securities, and a post-investment valuation of approximately 8 billion yuan.

Quadruped Robots
Consumer-grade: Go1, Go2, A1, etc., featuring high-speed running and flexible movement, suitable for scenarios such as family companionship and entertainment interaction.
Industrial-grade: B1, B2, etc., with high load-bearing capacity and long battery life, applied in fields such as industrial inspection, power patrol, and emergency rescue.
Humanoid Robots
H1: 1.8 meters tall, the world's first full-size general-purpose humanoid robot capable of running, with a maximum running speed of 3.3 meters per second. It can perform difficult movements such as running, climbing stairs, and backflips.
G1: Approximately 127 centimeters tall and 35 kilograms in weight, equipped with 23 to 43 joints with a maximum joint torque of 120N·m. Supported by imitation and reinforcement learning, it can perform movements such as side flips, carp kicks, and Tai Chi.
