Baidu's Autonomous Driving (Apollo) is a world-leading autonomous driving technology platform under Baidu, dedicated to driving the transformation of full-scenario intelligent mobility through AI and big data. Since deploying autonomous driving in 2013, Baidu Apollo has formed a full-stack solution covering L4-level autonomous driving, vehicle-road collaboration, high-precision maps, and intelligent transportation, with its technical maturity and deployment scale leading the industry. Currently, Apollo's test mileage has exceeded 70 million kilometers, with over 5,000 autonomous driving patents, and it has launched large-scale operations in more than 30 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, and Chongqing, becoming a benchmark enterprise in the global autonomous driving commercialization process.

Adhering to the core strategy of "Opening Capabilities, Sharing Resources", Baidu Apollo has built the world's largest open autonomous driving platform, attracting more than 200 ecological partners, including vehicle manufacturers, component suppliers, and mobility service providers. Through the software algorithms, hardware reference designs, and cloud services of the Apollo Open Platform, Baidu and its partners are jointly promoting the implementation of multi-scenario applications such as autonomous taxis (Robotaxis), autonomous buses, and autonomous delivery vehicles. In 2023, the cumulative order volume of Baidu Apollo Go's autonomous driving services exceeded 4 million, firmly ranking among the global first tier of autonomous driving mobility services.

Baidu Apollo continues to innovate the "vehicle-road-cloud-map" integrated technology and has built the world's first high-level autonomous driving demonstration zone with vehicle-road collaboration in Yizhuang, Beijing.
